Kelley Bazemore, PhD, RN, CNE, CNEcl, CMSRN is an assistant professor at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas. She has taught second-, third, and fourth-semester courses in the ADN program for more than 10 years. Her dissertation research at the University of Texas Medical Branch focused on student learning outcomes related to emergency remote learning during COVID. Her current research interests involve the use of Open Educational Resource (OER) materials. She enjoys riding her bike in the evenings and logs at least 50 miles/week. She is committed to life-long learning and is finalizing preparation for her checkride to be a  private pilot at the end of the Spring 2026 semester.
